To use a credit card we must be able to verify your billing address using our Adress Verification Service (AVS) during checkout. If we are not able to verify that your billing address matches the billing address on the credit card you are using to make your purchase, then we will not be able to process your order. See Below for more Payment Choices.
 
For credit card payment of shipments to addresses outside the USA and Canada, we recommend American Express since automated address verification is available for many countries and that expedites your order.
 
We cannot ship to a different shipping address than your billing address. We can only ship to the address that your credit card bill is mailed to. 
 
If your billing address is a PO Box then you must have your order shipped to that PO Box using USPS. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please choose USPS for shipping upon checkout.
 
If your shipping to an address in the United States, the credit card billing address must match up to the address you are shipping to. If not please see the below payment choices instead.

Please note that if we are uncomfortable or uncertain about the validity of your order we may cancel it at any time for any reason. Due to the rise in fraud we hope you understand that this is for both your security and ours. If so we will email you and suggest using one of the other payment choices below.

International Order Shipping Times:
 
We ship UPS Standard to Canada and UPS Worldwide Expedited to all other countries outside the US.
 
If you choose UPS Worldwide Expedited we make every effort to ship your item within 2-3 business days once payment has been received.
 
Variations in these ship times may occur depending on the stock of the item. Please confirm stock before ordering. 
 
All orders will require a signature.
 
Orders placed on the weekend, after business hours, or on major US holidays will be processed the following business day.

Payments must clear before orders are shipped.
 
If there is any need to contact you for payment verification or a back order situation etc, we will contact you by email.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping rates do not include the duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for customs clearance into your country. See below.

Customs Clearance - Duties, Taxes, Brokerage Fees etc.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer and nonrefundable. Once received back the order will be treated as return and subject to a 15% restocking fee and the outgoing and return shipping is not refundable.
